My career in education spans more than three decades, with leadership roles across a range of diverse schools in London—many serving disadvantaged communities. My experience includes:

  • Executive Headteacher of three primary schools and two independent nurseries
  • Headteacher of a primary school in Camden, operating with the lowest funding in the borough
  • Chair of the Local Authority Headteachers’ Consultative
  • Deputy Headteacher in a school under Special Measures, supporting rapid improvement
  • NPQ (National Professional Qualification) facilitator

As a strategic leader, I’ve coached and mentored leaders, created career pathways, implemented evidence-informed practices, and developed business and organisational strategies that have improved professional learning, teaching quality, and school performance. My sponsored academy was rated Outstanding by Ofsted, with all other schools under my leadership rated Good.

The Meaning Behind “Triangle”

The name “Triangle” reflects balance, purpose, and meaningful connections. Across history, philosophy, and culture, the triangle represents strength, harmony, and direction:

  • The Triangle of Meaning links thought, symbol, and referent—central to how we communicate.
  • In psychology, the triangle represents human relationships.
  • Spiritually, it reflects connection and unity in various faiths.
  • In classical philosophy, Aristotle used triangles to symbolise the elements of life.
  • In art, triangles evoke power, purpose, and progress.
